By accessing or enrolling in courses offered by BSJ Skill Development Hub (“BSJ”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email or message. BSJ reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment request at its discretion.

3. Course Delivery

Training may be delivered online, in-person, or in hybrid format as communicated during enrollment. BSJ strives for high-quality delivery but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Payment and Fees

Course fees must be paid in full or in the agreed instalments before the start of the course. All payments are processed securely.

5. Non-Refund Policy

We humbly request your understanding that once a course is purchased or an enrollment is confirmed, we do not provide refunds. This is because seats are limited and allocated upon booking.

If you are unable to attend due to medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us in writing at contact@bsjskillhub.com. We will happily discuss options such as rescheduling or credit toward future courses on a case-by-case basis.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully in all classes, webinars, and community interactions. BSJ reserves the right to remove any student from the program for inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, recordings, and resources provided by BSJ remain the intellectual property of BSJ and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BSJ Skill Development Hub and its trainers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in any course or use of materials.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad).
